Directions:
Local:Take Route 13 South. Stay to your left at the Rte 13/Rte 113 Split. At the next intersection, make a left onto S. Little Creek Road. Clearview Meadow will be on your left in about 200 ft (across from South Dover Elementary School). Follow signs to the PCS Homes’ sales center.
From the Bay Bridge in MD: At the split, take Rt. 301N and continue for approx. 18 miles. Make a right onto Rt. 302 and continue for approx. 9 miles. Turn right at 454 (Templeville) and follow for approx. 2 miles. Rt. 454 turns into DE Route 8 and follow for approx. 12 miles into Dover. The road will fork, bear left towards Route 13 (Dupont Hwy). Take a right onto Rt. 13 S and move into the left lane. Take a left on S. Little Creek. Follow signs to the PCS Homes Sales Center.
