We require that you accompany your customer and register them on their first visit. Registrations must be made in person at a PCS Homes’ sales center. We also require that you accompany your customer at the signing of the purchase agreement.
Once you register with PCS Homes, you may begin receiving emails that will consist of new community openings, new model openings, home site releases, and inventory and model homes for sale. This will ensure that you are kept up-to-date with our most recent news that will ultimately help your clients.
REALTOR Awards
REALTORS can earn a cooperative commission of up to 3% on the total sales price of a home less any seller contributions, points, down payment assistance, sweat equity, or other such contributions at the time of settlement. This commission will be paid to the broker after settlement. Any additional commission arrangements are between you and your client outside of PCS Homes purchase agreement and settlement.
